JD Ceremonies Your Dream, Your Day, Your Way Helping you design the ceremony of your dreams
Wedding and other Special Ceremonies in Western Sydney, Blue Mountains and Penrith Valley
Welcome. I am Jeanette Anne Dillworth authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant and Justice of the Peace. My passion is making sure that after your ceremony, the warmth, happiness and elation you feel, stays with you always.
Ceremonies are a joyous occasion in which family and friends gather to commemorate an event. Whether it be for a Wedding, Naming, Vow Renewal or a Commitment ceremony, words, music, poems and readings all say what is in our hearts.
A civil ceremony gives you the freedom to have your ceremony wherever, whenever and however you like. Whether it be traditional or light hearted, your ceremony can be designed to meet your greatest dreams. They can incorporate your family traditions, culture and memories.
While wedding ceremonies have a small amount of legal wording required, the bulk of it can be designed with words, poems or readings of your own or from a selection provided. No matter how long or short, the ceremony is designed with your thoughts, feelings and ideas and the role of a Celebrant is to help you put all of these into a lasting memory. Yes we have our own ideas and pre-prepared samples but these are just that. Samples.
Other important roles of the Marriage Celebrant, is to deliver your ceremony in a professional manner and to ensure the correct paperwork is completed and submitted to Births Deaths and Marriages.
When choosing your Celebrant, you should feel comfortable, relaxed and confident that he/she will suit your needs for your special day. Like myself, most celebrants offer a free face to face meeting for you to decide if the celebrant is right for you.
Being a member of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants NSW & ACT keeps me up to date with any changes to requirements as well as gaining fresh ideas.
I cannot express in words the joy I feel when helping couples or families, design their ceremony. After conducting the ceremony, the knowledge that I have helped a couple become man and wife or a family to have a cherished memory, keeps a smile on my face for days. It would be a great privilege to be chosen as your celebrant. Jeanette
